Deshmukh Welfare Foundation was born from a simple realization: the skills we use in our corporate offices can solve the world's most basic challenges. While the corporate world moves at a fast pace, many in our community are still struggling for primary needs like food, hygiene, and dignity. We believe that we don't have to choose between a career and a cause. We can do both.

We bridge the gap between corporate talent and community survival. Our mission is to provide every family with the tools they need for a brighter future—starting with a full plate and a safe way to earn a living.
